Why Fire Consultancy?

The consultancy approach is ideally suited for medium to high risk workplaces, or where there are no suitably qualified, trained or experienced fire safety personnel within your workplace.  Chubb is able to offer a comprehensive and consistent fire risk assessment service. This approach helps you achieve both workplace fire safety and full compliance with the requirement of the Fire Regulations.

Our Consultants

  • Our consultants are all ex-senior ranking Fire Officers, having spent many years within fire safety and prevention, each with an average of 25 years fire safety experience.  This experience is invaluable when making recommendations that concur with those of the enforcing Fire Brigade.
  • All consultants hold a minimum qualification of graduate member of the Institutution of Fire Engineers.
  • You will have peace of mind knowing your site has been assessed, with total objectivity, by an expert.
  • Chubb view risk assessments as a partnership. Where appropriate, we will look to work with employers and employees alike to minimise the risks and ensure staff know what to do in the event of a fire.

Your Report

Once a building’s fire risk assessment is complete, you will be provided with an easy to understand, personally tailored report. This will form the basis of that workplace’s on-going fire safety procedures and demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order in England and Wales, or Part 3 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 in Scotland.  The easy to understand tailored fire risk assessment generates a priority action list to get your premises safe and up to standard.
